When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order in 1-3 working days.

 

My credit card doesn’t work, can I transfer money?

Try to contact your bank and describe the problem if this doesn’t work please try another credit card if it’s possible.

Otherwise please contact us at shopgbg@velour.se and we will let you do a bank transfer.

 

I haven’t received my order, why?

If you don’t receive your order please contact us at shopgbg@velour.se. We will send you the tracking nr for your order and also give you further information about the status.

 

Do you have this style in a specific size, will it be restocked?
