My credit card doesn’t work, can I transfer money?
Try to contact your bank and describe the problem if this doesn’t work please try another credit card if it’s possible.
Otherwise please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you do a bank transfer.
I haven’t received my order, why?
If you don’t receive your order please contact us at email@example.com. We will then send you the tracking nr for your order and also give you further information about the status.
Do you have this style in a specific size, will it be restocked?
When a product is out of stock, come back later, we update our stock on a regular basis.
