Can I make changes in my order?

You can contact us at shopgbg@velour.se as soon as possible so that we can make the changes you requested.

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order in 1-2 business days.

My credit card doesn’t work, can I transfer money?

Try to contact your bank and describe the problem if this doesn’t work please try another credit card if it’s possible.

Otherwise please contact us at shopgbg@velour.se and we will let you do a bank transfer.

I haven’t received my order, why?

If you don’t receive your order please contact us at shopgbg@velour.se. We will then send you the tracking nr for your order and also give you further information about the status.

Do you have this style in a specific size, will it be restocked?

When a product is out of stock, come back later, we update our stock on a regular basis.
